Traditional Spanish cuisine is regional, and ingredients are carefully selected and cooked with sensitivity and skill to bring out their best.
The dishes are characterized by the colors and textures of their ingredients, and the natural harmony is not disturbed by
superfluous decoration or artifice.
The secret of the delicious flavor of these dishes lies in the
experience of many generations, who, through practical use of food, have shown that certain ingredients go particularly well together.

At Maraboo, enjoy the incredible variety of typical
Spanish appetizers, known as tapas.
Several legends surround the origin of tapas.
For example, King Alfonso X of Castile is said to have been forced to consume wine and small snacks between meals during an illness; after recovering, he is said to have decreed that wine could henceforth only be served with a small meal.
Another story traces the origin to the custom of covering alcoholic beverages with a lid. Initially, these were weighted down
with olives to prevent them from being blown away, and over time, the weighting methods became increasingly more inventive and artistic. Literally translated, "tapas" therefore also means "lid."
Of course, the diverse Spanish cuisine offers even more;
